Earthcare St Kilda Rakali Syposium October 2006 "More Than Just a Rat"
In October 2005 the Earthcare St Kilda Rakali Team hosted a number of events. Such as Rakali Symposium, an evening observing Rakali from the St Kilda breakwater and a Public Information Day.
The Symposium attracted over 40 participants who were treated to a number of outstanding presentations
from Rakali researchers.
During the evening we took 25 interested persons onto the St Kilda Breakwater to observe Rakali in action.
Luckily a couple of animals did turn up showing off their swimming prowess.
On Sunday a Public Information Day was held on the St Kilda Pier with Rikki Rakali from Bayside putting in an appearance
